How exclusivity works
One lead per category, per town — or per county.
- Town Lead: one slot per town. There is one lead law firm in White Plains, one lead plumber in Yonkers, and so on. When a slot is taken, nobody else can buy it.
- County Lead: one slot for all of Westchester. A County Lead is pinned first in its category on every town’s page, and while it is held no Town Lead can be sold in that category. A Town Lead already in place blocks the County Lead the same way.
- Verified and the AI Receptionist are never exclusive. Any business can have them: the badge, quote requests emailed to you and the monthly report, ranked above unverified listings, no slot needed.
- Open slots are shown, never faked. Every category and town page in the directory says plainly when its lead spot is open. We never show a business as a member that is not one. The checkout confirms your slot is open before you pay; if it is taken, your free listing stays and you see which nearby towns are open.

Is there a contract?
No. Every package is month to month and you can cancel any time. If you are not happy in your first 30 days, we refund your first month.
What is the difference between Town Lead and County Lead?
A Town Lead ($297 a month) is the one business in its category in one town, pinned first on that town’s category page. A County Lead ($797 a month) is the one business in its category across all of Westchester, pinned first on every page in the category; while it is held, no Town Lead can be sold in that category, and an existing Town Lead blocks it the same way.
Is Verified exclusive?
No. Verified ($49 a month) is open to every business: the Verified badge, quote requests emailed to you, phone and website click counts with a monthly report, and a place above unverified listings in your category.
What is the AI Receptionist?
A voice assistant ($497 a month, not exclusive) that answers your business line when you cannot: it greets callers by your business name, answers common questions, gives price ranges rather than quotes, books the job or a callback, and passes emergencies straight to you. The same assistant replies to texts, web chat, Facebook, Instagram and Google messages. You read every conversation. Setup starts automatically after checkout and you get an email when your number and assistant are live.
Do I need a CRM or any other software?
No. Verified, Town Lead and County Lead need nothing installed: quote requests arrive by email at the address you give us. The AI Receptionist is set up for you after checkout; you keep your phone number and your website.

What if my category is already taken in my town?
Your free listing stays exactly as it is. You can still be Verified or have the AI Receptionist, and the checkout shows which nearby towns are open for a Town Lead.
